Full Time Online Math Teacher

Qualifications:
-Open to graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably those who graduated in 2018 or later.
-Preferred Majors: All academic backgrounds are welcome.
-Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching mathematics is not required but considered an advantage. Background in elementary math competitions is also a plus.
-English Proficiency: Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.
-Mathematics Proficiency: Candidates SPM Maths results has to be B or above
-Passion for Education: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.

Role Description:
-This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher during the initial training and probation period. Upon meeting performance expectations, teachers may transition into a hybrid work model after 6 months.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
-Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
-Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
-Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
-Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
-Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.
