About the Program

Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the food manufacturing industry. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to rotate across key operation functions - within our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end cocoa value chain, supported by dedicated operation mentors and guided by real-world projects that drive impact.

Operations & Maintenance

Learn preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment and optimizing machine reliability.

Support energy efficiency and sustainability-focused maintenance projects.

Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt industry best practices.

Production & Manufacturing

Gain end-to-end understanding of production processes and plant operations.

Use manufacturing systems (e.g., MES/ERP) to monitor and improve production scheduling and tracking.

Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.

Contribute to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality & R&D

Understand quality management systems, ISO/GMP compliance, and food/product safety protocols.

Participate in quality audits, CAPA processes, and SOP development.

Assist in product development trials, technical research, and data analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Finance & Business Functions

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.

Learn internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.

Participate in initiatives related to cost optimization, sustainability reporting, and strategic planning.
