General Admin cum Account Assistant

Job Scope
- Assist the Finance & Admin Manager with daily tasks.
- Handle general office administration, filing, and data entry.
- Manage emails, phone calls, letters, and courier services.
- Maintain office documents and records.
- Prepare simple reports and documents.
- Assist with staff claims, e-Invoices, customer invoices, and statements.
- Handle daily accounting data entry.
- Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
