Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
-Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across the entire ecosystem
-Ensure smooth execution of vendor activities, logistics, and customer flow
-Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions quickly

2. Vendor & Rental Management
-Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners
-Drive occupancy rate and ensure vendor success within the ecosystem
-Oversee rental strategy, onboarding, and retention

3. SOP & System Setup
-Build and implement SOPs for operations, security, logistics, and internal workflows
-Ensure all processes are scalable, efficient, and standardized
-Work closely with IT team to align operational systems

4. Team Leadership & Hiring
-Build and lead operations team (admin, operations, support staff)
-Set clear KPIs and performance expectations
-Develop a strong execution culture within the team

5. Business Execution & Growth
-Work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies
-Identify new revenue opportunities (vendors, partnerships, services)
-Monitor performance and continuously improve operations

6. Problem Solving
-Handle day-to-day operational challenges and unexpected issues
-Make fast, effective decisions under pressure
-Ensure minimal disruption to business operations
