Role Description

Infinite Loop Media is seeking a General Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations and strategic direction of the organization. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Johor Bahru, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include managing team performance, developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and overseeing financial operations. The General Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure the company's goals and objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision and strategic planning

Proficiency in digital marketing, creative content development, and multimedia production

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue generation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

Adaptability for hybrid work environments and proficiency with remote collaboration tools

Prior experience in the marketing or media industry is a strong advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
