Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and business objectives. Experience in the travel industry and proficiency in Chinese-written communication are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding:

Create high-quality designs for digital ads, brochures, websites, social media content, presentations, and email campaigns.

Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining visual appeal and consistency.

Event & Promotional Collateral:

Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to design event materials such as banners, flyers, signage, and promotional items for trade shows, webinars, and roadshows.

Adapt designs for both print and digital formats.

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals.

Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and finalize deliverables on schedule.

Industry-Specific Adaptation:

Leverage knowledge of the travel industry (preferred) to create relevant and appealing visuals.

Interpret and implement design requests communicated in Chinese-written materials (if applicable).

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2+ years of design experience (experience in travel/tourism industry is a plus).

Portfolio showcasing digital & print design work.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with UI/UX design, video editing, or motion graphics is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Language & Industry Preference:

Ability to read and understand Chinese-written instructions (preferred).

Passion for travel/tourism marketing is an advantage.
