Graphic Designer

Requirements
• Proficiency in reading and typing in both English and Mandarin (Traditional and
Simplified) is required
• Available to work full-time either:
• Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or
• Night shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• Strong attention to detail, with a good eye for color, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva is an advantage
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software are a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work
• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital advertising specifications
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in the travel industry or familiarity with Google Ads is an advantage)
Responsibilities
• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media content such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok thumbnails; digital advertisements such as Meta Ads and Google Ads; website banners; landing page visuals; tour brochures;
flyers; and posters
• Adapt and resize creative assets for various digital platforms and advertising formats
• Assist in preparing and formatting visual assets for e-newsletters and social media platforms such as Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat
• Develop creative design concepts that align with brand identity and marketing campaign objectives
• Edit photos and create basic motion graphics or short video edits when required
• Ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, and overall visual style across all marketing materials
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver creative materials according to campaign schedules and deadlines
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary
