Graphic Designer

Social Media & Content Creatives
-Design creatives for TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / XiaoHongShu (XHS) including: post designs, story designs, reels covers, thumbnails, infographics
-Create visual assets to support video production: title cards, subtitles templates, product highlight graphics, end screens
-Support campaign creatives such as promos, product launches, festive campaigns, bundle deals, and announcements.

B) E-commerce & Conversion Assets
-Design marketplace and website assets that improve conversion:
-Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop banners, vouchers, bundle visuals, store decoration
-PDP image layouts (features, benefits, certifications, comparison charts)
-Maintain strong visual consistency across all e-commerce touchpoints.

C) Brand Identity & Packaging Support
-Support brand design direction including: product packaging layouts (if needed) icons, product visuals, brand visual system, typography rules
-Ensure all design work follows Pilloo brand guidelines and tone.

D) Offline Marketing Materials
-Design materials for offline activations: booth visuals, roll-up banners, buntings, flyers, brochures, stickers, posters
-Prepare print-ready files with proper sizing, bleed, and production requirements.

E) Collaboration & Workflow
-Work closely with content team, videographer/editor and marketing team to deliver designs on time.
-Participate in brainstorming and propose visual ideas to enhance content performance.
-Manage multiple tasks and revisions with good version control and delivery discipline.

Job Requirements
-2–4 years experience as a Graphic Designer (brand / FMCG / e-commerce / social media preferred).
-Strong design sense: layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
-Able to adapt designs into different formats quickly (multiple SKUs, promo variations, platform sizes).
-Good time management, responsible, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup.
-Portfolio is required
