Position : Guest Service Agent
Salary : RM 6,000/month

✅ Responsibilities

- Handle guest check-in, check-out & enquiries
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Process payments & onboard accounts
- Provide accurate information on ship services & activities
- Answer phone calls and assist guests promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Front Office or Guest Services department of a 4- or 5-star hotel, or in the cruise industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, as well as at least one of the following languages: Korean, Japanese, a European language, or Spanish. (mandatory)
- Good communication & computer skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts

- Letter of Intent (LOI) will issue after PASS INTERVIEW.
- The documentation for the SEAFARER will be processed upon receipt of the LOI.
