Hair Educator/Trainer

Key Responsibilities
-Deliver structured theoretical and practical lessons in haircutting, coloring, chemical services, styling, and hair treatments
-Develop lesson plans aligned with academy curriculum and industry standards
-Demonstrate techniques through live models and guided practice sessions
-Supervise and mentor students during practical salon-floor training
-Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical exams, and feedback sessions
-Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and progress reports
-Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and professional standards
-Stay updated with current trends, tools, and product innovations
-Prepare students for licensing exams and real-world salon environments

Qualifications & Requirements
-5+ years of tutoring experience in hairdressing industry
-Basic Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Prior teaching or training experience in a salon or academy setting preferred
-Strong classroom management and presentation skills
-Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
-Professional, patient, and passionate about education
