Halal Executive

Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns (A member of OSK Group) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Halal Executive to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of halal compliance across our hotel operations, contributing to the company's commitment to providing authentic and premium halal hospitality experiences.

Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of halal standards and procedures throughout the hotel, including food preparation, storage, and service

Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to halal requirements

Liaising with relevant regulatory authorities and obtaining necessary halal certifications

Providing training and guidance to hotel staff on halal best practices

Collaborating with the culinary team to develop halal-certified menu items and dining experiences

Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of halal compliance

Staying up-to-date with changes in halal regulations and industry best practices
