Head of Production & Operations

Operations & Planning
- Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop and execute production schedules based on customer demand and delivery commitments.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.

Quality Management
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Investigate quality issues and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with quality management systems and standard operating procedures.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant manufacturing regulations.
