Hotel Front Desk Officer

What you'll be doing
-Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
-Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
-Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing
-Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area
-Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions
-Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

What we're looking for
-At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
-Strong problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks
-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
-Familiarity with hotel front office systems and procedures
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
