HOUSEKEEPING - TEAM LEADER

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Scheduling shifts, conducting daily briefings, and training new cleaners.

Quality Control: Inspecting rooms and common areas to verify they meet sanitation and safety rules.

Inventory Control: Tracking cleaning supplies, issuing equipment, and reordering stock.

Problem Solving: Handling guest complaints and coordinating maintenance repair requests.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Proven work history as a housekeeper or in a similar hospitality/commercial cleaning role.

Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities.

Knowledge: Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Chinese proficiency is a key requirement.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
