Job Description

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for both local and foreign employees.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and staff benefits administration.

Process monthly payroll accurately and timely, including overtime calculations, leave records, medical leave, and other payroll-related matters. Prepare monthly payroll reports for management approval.

Administer employee insurance matters, including new applications, renewals, and claims processing.

Coordinate and manage foreign worker hostel-related matters.

Monitor employee attendance, conduct, and discipline, and provide counseling and guidance when necessary.

Oversee foreign worker and expatriate management, including onboarding, offboarding, work permit applications, renewals, and compliance with labor regulations.

Liaise with relevant government authorities on employment-related matters and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Monitor and coordinate the renewal of factory licenses, business licenses, and commercial vehicle permits.

Monitor and engage in employee engagement, welfare, and recreational activities.

Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
