Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
-Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Employee Records Management
-Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
-Update employee information such as contracts, promotions, and transfers.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
-Support payroll preparation by collecting timesheets and attendance data.
-Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and government compliance.

Onboarding & Training
-Prepare orientation materials and assist with new hire onboarding.
-Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs.

Employee Relations
-Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries.
-Support HR managers in handling grievances and disciplinary actions.

Skills & Qualifications
-Strong organizational and administrative skills.
-Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and database management.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
