HR Assistant

Involving in HR operations including recruitment, administration, payroll and training

Coordinate with candidates and conduct interview

Foreign workers management- Foreign worker KDN application & approval, passport & work permit renewal, fomema checkup & etc.

Arrange training for employees & maintain proper training records

Maintain and update leave & OT records

Memo issuing

Manage internal /external audit

Prepare daily & monthly reports

Handling of disciplinary issues

Responding to other ad-hoc queries

Involve in organizing company-wide welfare activities

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Human Resources Management/Commerce or its equivalent

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
