HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at KS FIRE & SAFETY ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this full-time position, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Assist in coordination of HR-related events, training programs, and employee engagement activities

Support onboarding and orientation for new employees

Assist HR in recruitment and administrative tasks

Coordinating employee benefits administration, such as health insurance, leave management, and other HR-related processes

Maintaining and updating HR systems, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

Provide general HR support as required
