HR Executive and Analyst | Fresh Graduate

BRIEF

The HR Executive supports day-to-day HR operations with focus on HR Admin & Analysis. This role also provides administrative support in employee onboarding and other related processes to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

HR & Administration

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including stakeholders management (hiring manager), job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and new joiner follow up.

Coordinate onboarding arrangements such as business cards, email creation, and first-day logistics.

Assist in strengthening the company’s employer brand through social media, university engagement, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in designing and updating organisational charts using Microsoft Visio (or similar tools).

Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Data Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce costing analysis, turnover, absenteeism, and employee demographics.

Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.

Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational analysis.

Conduct salary benchmarking, market intelligence studies, and compensation-related analysis.

Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights
