Job Description

To ensure that the plans related to Recruitment section are cost effective.

Assist to ensure the recruitment policy, program, and processes are developed, implemented, reviewed, communicated and consistently administered in compliance with organisational objectives and with relevant laws/regulations.

To support the annual manpower budgeting for employment needs based on workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Participation & support the roll out of HR initiatives/projects.

Staff hiring such as screening candidates, arrange interview, coordinating interview, conducting interview and to liaise with recruitment agencies.

Internship program and hiring. Liaise with education instituition.

Monitor, track, consolidate & report hiring & headcount. Understand the competencies requirement for each job. (Eg. Chargeman, safety officer and etc).

To liaise with event managers to hold job advertisements, career booth etc. Establish an employer value proposition and employer brand that supports recruitment of high quality job applicants.

Preparing salary proposal and communicating with Hiring Manager and preparing the letter of appointment.

To negotiate and communicate offer acceptance to all level of new hires.

Assist to collaborate in hiring programmes to retain employees.

Foreign workers’ management. To liaise the issues facing by the foreign workers.

To responsible and monitor closely the foreign workers’ permit renewal and contract renewal.

To ensure the foreign workers’ permit renewal process are completed by monitor closely with the relevant parties.

Monitor the local and foreign workers outsource agency to ensure they are compliance with EA1955.

Assist to review and revise each category/position Job Description (JD) as when needed.

Responsible for Corporate Culture and CSR program.

Assist in planning the yearly activities, communication session and employee engagement activities.

Assist in organize, monitor and conduct company events as per given direction within the allocation of budget.

Responsible for HR Announcement.

Assist in monitoring the progress of establish committees’ plant wide.

Responsible for employees' satisfaction survey.

Managing employee disciplinary matter within the company. Responsible for maintaining and updating employees’ disciplinary record.

Responsible for office, hostel, lockers and Lorry keys Management.

Assist in updating HR policy such as Disciplinary Policy, Recruitment Policy and etc.

Responsible for the audits such as finance and accounting audit, ISO audit, ESG audit, customers audit and etc.

Prepare HR monthly report and etc.

Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
