Job Description

HR Executive
1. Recruitment

Implement manpower strategies and planning for both local and foreign workers to meet short-term and long-term workforce requirements.

Oversee and manage the full recruitment process to attract and retain the best talent.

Handle administrative tasks related to employment such as preparing and maintaining appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.

2. Training & Development

Prepare and manage the annual training calendar, conduct training needs analysis (TNA), and monitor the training budget.

Oversee the company’s HRDF account and ensure timely submission of training claims.

3. Others

Organize and coordinate annual company events such as Annual Dinner, festive celebrations, and employee engagement activities.

Assist in preparation for audits, including ISO audits, yearly labour audits, and customer audits.

Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HRM or equivalent field.

Fresh graduates are welcomed or minimum of 2 - 3 years of experiences as a HR Generalist or HR Executive.

Bilingual in English/ Mandarin. Mandarin speaker would have the most advantages.


HR Assistant cum Receptionist

Receive and welcome all visitors, guests, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.

Operate the company's main telephone switchboard, answering, screening, and forwarding calls promptly.

Responsible for general office and administration work.

Public area sanitation supervision.

Company vehicles management (Roadtax, insurance).

Requirements:

SPM or a Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

0-1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role.

Fresh graduates are commonly considered. Experience in an office environment is a plus.

Bilingual in English/ Mandarin. Mandarin speaker would have the most advantages.
