Full job description

Position: HR Executive/monthly







Daily:

Maintain attendance

Ensure office in orderly manner

Attend employee's inquiries-MC, leaves especially unpaid leave

Weekly

Serve clients- execute visit preparations

Book transport and hotel for outstation staff (if any)



Monthly:

Process monthly payroll, o.t , commissions and claims

Prepare events and trainings such as birthday parties and unconventional events

Execute statutory payments

Monitor expenses

Purchase stationery and pantry food



Quarterly:

Implement best employee award



Annually:

Prepare annual appraisal

Celebrations: CNY, Hari Raya, Merdeka, Malaysia Day



Any other tasks:

Recruitment

Maintain employee records

Propose compensation and benefits
