HR Consultant

Locations: Kuala Lumpur / Kajang
Salary: RM3,000 and above (based on experience) + Allowances
Salary is negotiable for candidates with relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and build strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients' HR needs and provide suitable HR consultancy and solutions.
Advise clients on HR best practices, recruitment, employee management, and HR-related matters.
Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
Work closely with the internal recruitment and HR team to meet client requirements.
Conduct client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
Prepare reports, documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Support business development by maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Consultancy, or a related field.
Strong HR knowledge and a good understanding of HR practices.
Good consultancy, communication, and client management skills.
Able to manage multiple clients and build long-term professional relationships.
Own transportation and a valid driving licence are required, as travelling to client sites may be necessary.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
