HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

* Handle recruitment, interview arrangements and onboarding of new employees
* Manage employee attendance, leave and personnel records
* Assist with payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other HR matters
* Handle foreign worker permit renewal, insurance and related documentation
* Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and internal HR documents
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Support daily HR administrative duties
* Assist management in other HR-related matters when required
