HR Executive - Subang Jaya

Requirements
-Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
-Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting
-Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
-Demonstrable leadership abilities
-Solid communication skills
-BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Responsibilities
-Have significant experience in human resources management and business administration
-Oversee HR staff performance and guide employees towards better performance while ensuring healthy employee relations
-Possess substantial experience in administrative work such as creating templates, keeping records, and updating HR policies
-Have abilities to make critical strategic decisions as managers
