Job Description

HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, training, and performance management.
-Develop manpower planning strategies aligned with production and business requirements.
-Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submission (EFP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
-Manage industrial relations matters including disciplinary process, domestic, inquires, and grievance handling.
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation including the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
-Support internal and external audits, including IATF & ISO and customer audits.
-Liaise with relevant authorities such as Department of Labour Malaysia when required.
-Promote positive employee engagement and uphold company values in line with Japanese corporate culture (discipline, teamwork, continuous improvement).
-Provide HR advisory support to Plant Management and Department Heads.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
-Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity within manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and industrial relations practices.
-Experience in Japanese MNC or structured corporate environment will be an added advantage.
-Familiarity with manufacturing operations and plant workforce management.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-High integrity, discipline, and ability to work in a structured and compliance-driven environment.
-Good communication skills ( both written and verbal).
-Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
-Meticulous, attention to details and able to work in a face-faced, deadline-driven factory environment.
