HRBP Senior Manager (Generalist)

What You'll Be Doing:

🧭Strategic HR Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, offering insight on workforce planning, org structure, and team health.

Partner with GMs and department heads to deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.

Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies, not just theoretical frameworks.

🛠️ Full-Spectrum HR Management

Lead and execute across all generalist areas: recruitment, performance, L&D, employee relations, and more.

Provide coaching to line managers on people matters — from conflict resolution to development planning.

Stay hands-on with HR operations when needed — policies, processes, compliance, and payroll coordination.

📈 Performance, Culture & Talent

Drive OKRs and performance reviews that create accountability and clarity.

Plan and support talent development, upskilling, and internal mobility initiatives.

Be the voice of culture: lead engagement programs, feedback loops, and recognition strategies.

🧩 Projects & Change Initiatives

Play a key role in HR transformation, including digitisation, analytics, and employer branding.

Support or lead projects around leadership development, DEI, and onboarding experience redesign.

Step into group-level initiatives — including M&A, integration, and new business expansion — as we grow.
