Job Description

1. Recruitment

Manage job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, including conduct initial orientation training to newly hired employees.

Prepare all relevant personnel letter such as appointment letter, and any other letter related to administration and human resources.

Handling a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management

Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's overall goals and objectives

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues or concerns

2. Employee Relations, Welfare & Training

Prepare yearly Training Need Analysis inclusive of arranging, organize training and administer company HRD Corp claim.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Handling and assisting in planning all employee welfare activities within the factory.

3. Foreign Worker Management

Manage all matters related to foreign worker employment included application, permit/passport renewal, FOMEMA, levy & etc.

Manage / arrange all matters related to foreign workers’ hostel accommodation, transportation and welfare.

Periodical check on foreign workers’ hostel condition.

4. Administrative Support & Others

Liaise with government authorities & regulatory bodies such as HRD Corp, Labour Office etc. in relation to HR & administrative matters.

Maintain proper records and updates for HR documents inclusive monthly reports, staff movement and workers’ records.

Coordinate office maintenance, supplies and equipment need.

Support the coordination of annual KPIs and performance appraisal.

Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness within Company premises.

Execute all activities to ensure all management systems directly or indirectly concerned with HR & admin matters are fully compliance and properly implemented.

Able to multitasking job and perform any other duties when necessary on ad-hoc basis.
