Human Resources Business Partner

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR management experience.

Preferably from the construction, IT solutions (project-based), EPCC, or solar (project-based) industry.

Strong experience in handling the full spectrum of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, industrial relations, policy development, payroll oversight, and HR compliance.

Experience serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) by working closely with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support project-based businesses by ensuring manpower planning and resource allocation are aligned with project budgets and operational requirements, while maintaining optimal project resource costs.

Experience in workforce planning, organisation development, talent management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
