Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

RESPONSIBILITY OF SALES COORDINATOR:

1. To assist sales person on sales inquiries and quotations.
2. To liaise & maintain good customer relationship.
3. Attending to telephone calls and faxing of documents.
4. Liaise with present prospective customer of inquiries relating to sales, regulatory and other sales operational matters.
5. Ensure timely delivery of sample or products or goods to the customers with the implementation of proper sales and orders tracking system and close monitoring of delivery schedules.
6. Responsible for the processing of Invoice and other shipping or delivery related documents.
7. To execute promotional and sampling activities.
8. To provide valuable support for the sales team as a whole.
9. To work in all ways base on company needs or any ad-hoc activity or function.
10. To understand client’s requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.
