Indoor Sales Coordinator - Senai

Responsibilities
-Prepare quotation and purchase order.
-Coordinating and processing sales orders from customers
-Follow up and manage sand and gravel delivery to customers.
-To update & maintain documents of quotation, delivery order, and purchase order for sand and quarry.
-Ensure Handling of Customer Complaints & Customer Satisfaction Surveys handle effectively.
-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
-Assist with administrative tasks related to sales coordination
-Monitoring lorry driver and order.
-Order arrangement

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
