Indoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and service existing client accounts (mainly B2B, CCTV, Door Access, Networking products).

-Update customer records, handle order processing, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payment collection.

-Support sales operations with day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.

-Build rapport with clients and channel partners through consistent communication and service.

-Focus on maintaining relationships with an existing base of customers, with some business development where required.

Who We're Looking For:

-No specific diploma/degree requirement – hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.

-Sales experience in security products (CCTV, Door Access, Network) is an advantage, but not mandatory.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle client-facing roles confidently.

-A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

-Basic Salary: RM5,000 – RM5,500 (depending on experience)
