Industrial Engineer 2

Who we’re looking for

1) Capacity Planning

Perform capacity analysis for long‑ and medium‑term resource planning aligned with business forecasts.
Execute line balancing and process optimization to maximize line efficiency.
Conduct gap analysis between actual vs. theoretical performance and drive effective closure actions.

2) Productivity Improvement

Lead labor‑hour reduction and cycle‑time improvement projects to enhance operational productivity.
Coordinate tool relocation and production line re‑layout activities.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve key operational KPIs.
Perform time‑study data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement based on lean line and bay build concepts.
Pick To Light(PTL) and kanban setup and ongoing maintenance activities.
Preferred qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering; or 1 years of experience with a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional skills in AutoCAD and system-related tools considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
Demonstrated drive for business and process improvements.
Proven ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
