Industrial Engineer

Analyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for production efficiency improvement.

Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow.

Carry out Work Study for each workstation of production line to establish standard working hours, standard process and capacity.

In charge of production layout, able to draw using AutoCad software.

Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.

Theoretical cycle time establishment. Time study analysis and continuous improvement based on lean concept.

Liaise with internal engineering team, suppliers to understand, establish, review, validate and issue the project specifications (M&E equipment system, infrastructure structural), capital expenditures operation expenditures and the performance guarantees。

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
