About the Role
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and coordination across internal teams.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processes while acting as a key liaison between customers, sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely system updates.

Monitor and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring commitments are met.

Coordinate closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Liaise with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales support.

Handle return processes (RMA) and resolve customer-related issues effectively.

Work with internal stakeholders to address payment-related matters and order releases.

Support sales team with administrative tasks and account servicing activities.

Maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Participate in periodic reviews with customers on inventory or order-related matters.

Contribute to achieving operational and sales support targets.


Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.

Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain coordination.

Exposure to roles such as Planner, Buyer, or Customer Account Management will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management capabilities.

Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive problem-solver with a positive and “can-do” attitude.

Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills .

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Must be willing to be based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
