Installation Technician

Requirements
-SPM, Technician certificate or above education.
-Proven work experience as an installation technician is preferred.
-Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
-Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
-Ability to climb ladders.
-Ability to crouch, kneel and work in confined areas for extended periods.
-Ability to lift heavy objects.
-Advanced knowledge of modern electrical equipment.
-Basic Electrical knowledge.
-Ability to solve problems and repair equipment on site

Responsibilities
-Traveling to customers' homes or place of business.
-Installing aluminum pergola/awning, outdoor zip blind.
-May work Under Sun.
-Basic electricalconnection for motorized system.
-Remote control, basic smart home apps setup for Motorized system.
-Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment.
-Testing old and new installation connections.
-Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment.
-Maintaining equipment.
-Cleaning up after the job is complete.
-Recording and maintaining stock levels.
-Maintaining the work vehicle.
-Communicate with customer on site, provide basic training for customer and handover, sign off with customer after installation done.
