Interior Designer (Project Managing)

Responsible for interior project operation including planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing the project from conceptual to completion. Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverable, monitoring project on quality, cost and time with project budget;

Able to coordinate with consultants & mall management on the design guideline requirement;

To travel outstation for site meetings and liaise with contractors to ensure the project is completed before deadline;

Manage internal maintenance work and liaise with contractor for rectification.



Applicant should possess the following:

Minimum Diploma holder in Interior Design

Experience 1-2 years in Interior Designer

Experienced in commercial projects for retail industry especially F&B is an added advantage

Can work under minimum guidance

Able to adhere to datelines and good time management

Good communication skills

Site experience and knowledge in construction work is an advantage
