Internship For Site Safety Supervisor

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in OSH Management or Environmental Science, Engineering (Industrial), Engineer (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent with certification endorsed by JKKP/DOSH.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, computer literate and good interpersonal skills.
Able to interact well with all levels and committed to work.
Have own transport, CIDB-green card, laptop & safety shoe.

Responsibilities

Regularly inspect the workplace to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, then recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees to promote awareness and safe practices.
Ensure all operations follow local and international SHE regulations and company policies.
Keep accurate documentation of incidents, inspections, training, and safety audits.
Work with all departments to create a strong safety-first mindset throughout the organization.
Enforce SHE policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
Assist any matters related to SHE to achieve organizational objective.
