Internship in Sales & Marketing

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
-Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, as well as Bahasa Malaysia or English.
-Confident in cold calling and comfortable talking to new people.
-Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic online tools

Responsibilities
-Perform outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
-Introduce and explain the company's products or services.
-Gather customer information, identify needs, and qualify leads.
-Update CRM/database with call results and customer feedback.
-Support the sales & marketing team in daily tasks and campaigns.
-Assist with administrative duties and follow-ups when required
