Job Description

Your Mission (Sales & Marketing):

To work closely with Mentor to understand and identify market demand and conduct market research.

To assist to compile competitor analytics to support business risks and opportunities.

Be exposed to 3C Analysis (Consumer, Competitors & Company).

Opportunity to handle domestic and international sales development.

Exposure in learning to build good relationship and rapport with local and international customers.

Be involved in marketing promotion such as product feature demonstration guide, product brochure and standard correspondence).

Your Mission (Marketing, Data Analysis):

Interpret, evaluate and interrelate business data to develop integrated business analysis and projections for strategic decision-making for the Management.

Performing financial and operational modelling such as business analysis, costing, variance analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the organization.

Streamlining and improving/automating of internal and external reporting to ease the business user task.

Strategy development and factory capacity modelling to plan for future demand, growth and shifts in customer demand.

Collecting more data analysis to support team member on better judgement for product allocation by factory vs market trend.

Your Mission (Marketing, Centralized Planning):

In charge of overall company supply chain optimization planning and orders allocation to Factories based on Factory capability.

Balancing of overall products lead time to ensure customers get their orders on time.

Centralized planning and batch dipping different group of product family from time to time to minimize the product change over and conversion in the Factories.

Managing Factories inventory and stocks level at the healthy level.

New products allocation planning and follow up with different stakeholders such as Product Pillar, Factory and R&D Center on new product qualification and launching progress.

Analysis of future orders trend in market together with Marketing Team to prepare Factories on market trend shift and prevent factory facing shortage of orders.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic, Warehouse or equivalent.

Required language(s): English Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
