Internship Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and other digital channels
Create engaging visuals and short-form video creatives that resonate with target audiences
Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns—including content creation, automation, and analysis
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, email subject lines, and content strategies
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and continuously improve performance
Document all test results, campaign strategies, and key learnings to build a performance knowledge base
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all creatives and emails
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and email marketing
