•负责管理和维护公司库存，确保库存数据的准确性和及时性。
•协助进行日常库存盘点、入库、出库操作，并准确记录相关信息。
•学习并运用库存管理软件，录入和更新库存数据，处理库存差异。
•协助仓库的日常运作，包括货物的收发、整理和存放。
•支持供应链部门，了解基本的供应链流程，协助处理相关单据。
•具备良好的数据录入和记录保存能力，确保信息的完整性和准确性。
•协助进行库存审计工作，识别并报告潜在的库存问题。
•对细节有高度的关注，能够细致地检查库存和记录。
•能够流利使用英语和马来语进行日常沟通和工作。
•欢迎应届毕业生申请，公司将提供相关培训和发展机会。
岗位职责
•协助仓库主管进行日常库存管理，包括收货、发货、盘点和记录。
•准确录入库存数据，确保库存信息的及时性和准确性，维护库存记录的完整性。
• 协助进行定期和不定期的库存盘点，识别和报告库存差异，并协助进行调查和调整。
• 根据部门要求，整理和归档库存相关的单据和记录，确保文件有序。
• 协助处理退货和换货流程，并更新相应的库存记录。
•学习和理解基本的供应链流程，支持库存控制的日常运作。
•配合完成上级交办的其他与库存管理相关的任务。
