IT Intern / IT Executive / Senior IT Executive

What you'll be doing

Maintain and responsible for daily end-user support in PCs, printer and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation

Liase with Vendor/Supplier for the related Software/Hardware issues

Propose and Source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printer support

Documentation and keep track on hardware Inventory and software licensing to ensure compliance with legal software requirement

Maintain and Trouble-Shoot back up processes. Take pro-active measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup

Conduct Related user-training in order to enhance users' knowledge of applications to support their daily work

Prepare resources (PC, Software, Email Account) for new join staff

Anti Virus Administration - Close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes

Maintain and monitor all server infrastructure

Administration of all servers and storage infrastructure

Administer and monitor backup

User account provisioning - includes Microsoft Office365 infrastructure

Maintain and manage corporate switches, firewall, VPNs and routers

Ensure security and protection of data on corporate network device

Install, Configures, troubleshoot and maintain server-based application running on the network including Active Directory Services

Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge in Business System Application will be an advantage.

Up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices, security protocols, and emerging technologies
