IT Technician

Job scope:

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and systems

Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues

Install and set up CCTV systems, including camera placement, cable installation, and configuring recording devices

Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording equipment through regular system maintenance

Configure recording schedules, motion detection, and other system features

Handle physical installations and ensure smooth integration with IT networks

Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

Min diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field

At least 1 year of experience in IT support or systems maintenance

Knowledge of handling electronic/ electrical products and CCTV systems

Proficient in system maintenance and software management

Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills

Able to work independently and in a team
