工作时间：工作日5.5天，每天只需工作7.5小时
自愿加班：RM30/小时（公假上班 RM200+/天）

工作内容：负责通过 Email 及 Chat 处理用户、商家及骑手的咨询与问题，包括订单异常、餐点问题、账户认证及平台服务相关事项，并提供及时有效的解决方案。

Allowances up to RM1000：
业绩奖金：RM300+
晚班津贴：RM300/月

入职条件：年龄 18 - 40 岁（SPM / UEC 或以上学历）
掌握中文、明白繁体字（无需经验，提供带薪培训！）
需配合 24小时轮班制
