Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (AR/AP):
-Assist in keying in invoices and knocking off payments.

Daily Retail Sales Reporting:
-Collect daily sales data from all retail outlets.
-Key in sales figures into the accounting software and excel sales report.
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.
-Follow up with retail teams for any missing or unclear information.

General Administrative Support:
-Assist with general accounting tasks and filing.
-Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
-Good communication skills to liaise with retail teams.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
