Junior Recruiter (Contract)

Reports to: HR Manager

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify the required headcount and position requirements for respective outlets with District Manager(s) and Operations Manager.

· Utilise job posting platforms like Jobstreet, Indeed & Facebook to attract a massive pool of retail applicants.

· Conduct phone screenings daily.

· Schedule and facilitate face-to-face interviews for retail positions.

· Coordinate career fairs participation and manage the logistic including the preparation of promotional assets such as buntings, flyers, brand videos and merchandising items.

· Organise walk-in interview events at retail outlets with District Manager(s) and Operations Manager to capture local talent. Coordinate with respective departments to develop social media visuals and recruitment postings to achieve high visibility.

· Manage candidate searches for junior level roles for HQ Bukit Damansara and Warehouse Shah Alam.

· Update the Recruitment Tracking List to ensure accurate candidate tracking during high-volume processing


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally within retail & F&B industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Pleasant personality and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Manage to meet tight hiring deadlines and manage high-turnover retail roles.

· Willing to travel to retail outlets and work occasional weekends for career fairs.

· Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.

· Able to start on short notice.
