We are currently hiring Junior Sales Executives to join our retail outlets across Johor Bahru.

Whether you're a Fresh Graduate or have previous retail experience, we welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to grow together with us.

Monthly Salary: RM2,300 – RM4,500
Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 10:00 PM
Break Time: 2 Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while supporting the daily operations of the outlet.

Your Responsibilities
• Attending and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products confidently.
• Promoting company products, ongoing promotions and membership campaigns.
• Achieving personal and team sales targets through excellent customer service
• Assisting in product replenishment, merchandising and shelf arrangement.
• Ensuring products are properly displayed, clean and fully stocked.
• Maintaining outlet cleanliness and presentation according to company standards.
• Assisting in stock receiving, stock counting and inventory accuracy.
• Supporting promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
• Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Following company SOPs, operational procedures and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Positive, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays based on roster
• Retail experience is an advantage, but not required
