Job Descriptions

Handle incoming calls, live chat inquiries, and emails professionally, addressing customer questions related to products and services

Provide accurate information and effectively resolve issues related to digital banking products and services

Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support customer needs efficiently

Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and promptly in the company’s CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when assisting customers

Assist customers with relevant inquiries, ensuring a seamless support experience

Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner



Job Requirements

Minimum 6 months of inbound customer service experience in Banking/ Finance Institution.

Experience as a Customer Service in Call Center (handling inbound calls, chats, and emails) is preferred

Candidate with more years of relevant working experience is welcomed to apply (Higher basic salary is negotiable)

Preferably holds a Diploma certificate

Willing to support the Singapore market and follow the Singapore Public Holiday Calendar

Open to working 24/7 shifts, including public holidays (when required)

Must be proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work under pressure and extended hours when required



Benefits

1-Year Renewable Contract

Salary Package: Basic + Fixed Allowance + Incentives + OT Pay

Location: Petaling Jaya (Accessible via MRT)

Working Days: 5 days/week (Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays)

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (24-hour rotational shifts)

Follows Singapore Public Holidays
