Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts & Drive Growth: Handle existing accounts and pursue new business to meet sales targets.

Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build Client Relationships: Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance satisfaction.

Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to enter new markets and expand the customer base.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales and other departments to maximize sales opportunities.

Execute Sales Activities: Conduct prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Manage Payments: Ensure timely payment collection and manage accounts receivable.

Requirement: -

SPM/Diploma in Business or any related studies

2 to 3 years working experience in consumer product will value added

Good communication skills (English, Malay and Mandarin)

Mandarin Speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficiency in MS Office
